| The Pittsburgh Pirates were officially welcomed to the SCBL today. Pittsburgh will be run by Dave Legault, a veteran of the FBL where he managed the Montreal Expos where he won an FBL championship. | Commissioner Bubba Legault would like to welcome Dave to the league and hope that Pittsburgh has success in the new league. |
