| The Houston Astros were officially welcomed to the SCBL on August 17th 2000 Houston will be run by new owner, Dave Rozenbaum. An active owner in other leagues, Dave's enthusiasm will be welcomed into the SCBL. | Co-commissioners Bubba and Dave Legault would like to welcome Dave to the league and hope that Houston has success in the new league. |
